Sayın Mauritius Turizm Bakanlığı

Dear Sir,

I'm a medical doctor from Turkey.
Me and my family spent a week in your lovely country.
We loved the ladscape, the beaches, and your people.
Mauritius is a very bicycle friendly island as there are no major heights but the roads are too narrow for a safe ride.
In my opinion widening the main rodas by one, or even a half lane for a bicycle path would be marvellous idea for your tourism.
Then your country can be promoted as a bicycyling country, in which you can hire bicycles from the airport, or from the cities and tour the whole country by pedalling, stop at the beaches for an occasional swim etc.
I ve never heard this kind of promotion; but as bicycycling is getting more popular every year (especially between the middle aged professionals) this will bring worldwide popularity and free advertisement even in the news for beautiful Mauritius.
Despite the distance i also will come once more, this time with a smaller bag suitable for the bicycle and tour the shores.

Yours sincerely

M. Gandhi

PS: The speed boats and water skiers were touring very dangerously between the swimming people very near to the shore in Troix aux Biches Beach. I couldnt find any one to complain about it, so please apply some restrictions before a bad accident happens.
